If you manage one or more club properties, you can record who attended events held at those locations directly from your Huntlytic account — no admin access required.

Finding events that need attendance

There are two ways to get to your events: From the dashboard (easiest) When you log in, the Record Attendance card appears on your home dashboard if you have events that have already taken place. Each row shows the event name, date, property, and how many attendees have been logged so far. Click Record next to any event to open the attendance screen. From the sidebar Click Attendance in the left sidebar. This opens a full list of all events at your properties that are set up for property manager attendance, including past and upcoming events.
Only events where your administrator has enabled property manager attendance will appear here. If you expect to see an event but don’t, ask your administrator to check the event type settings.

Logging attendance

  1. Find the event in your list and click the attendee count chip (the small badge showing a person icon and a number).
  2. The Attendance dialog opens, showing everyone already recorded for that event.
  3. In the Search members field, start typing a name, email address, or member ID.
  4. Check the box next to each member you want to add — you can select as many as you need before moving to the next step.
  5. Click Add to record all selected members at once.
Repeat for as many members as needed. Changes are saved immediately — there’s no separate save button.

Removing an attendee

If you need to correct a mistake:
  1. Open the attendance dialog for the event (click the attendee count chip).
  2. Find the member in the attendees list.
  3. Click the trash icon next to their name.
